Our Terms & Conditions effective September 2010

FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS: We are a wholesale company selling “to the trade only”. Please supply us with your resale certificate and tax number on your letterhead.

MINIMUM ORDER & REORDER: $350. Requests for below minimum orders will be accepted only when paid with a credit card. A Below Minimum fee of $15.00 applies to all orders below $350 or backorders below $150.

BACKORDERS: Back orders below $150 will be cancelled.

RETURNS: Will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

TERMS: We accept Visa and MasterCard.  Credit card orders are billed only on the day of shipping and only for products shipped. Net 30 payment terms are available upon credit approval. Payment on Net 30 invoices must be made by check. Payment is due within 30 days of Terrapin’s ship date. We do not accept COD orders.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Terrapin Trading warrants its products for one year against defects in materials and workmanship.

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS: Please remember that because many of our items are handmade, they will vary slightly in size and color. That is the beauty of a handmade product.
